Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP (often referred to by brand names like Marcaine Spinal or Sensorcaine) is a long-acting amide-type local anesthetic used for inducing and maintaining regional anesthesia, primarily spinal anesthesia. It's a sterile, hyperbaric solution, meaning it's denser than cerebrospinal fluid, which helps control its spread within the spinal space. 

Glycopyrrolate Injection IP is a sterile, clear, colorless anticholinergic solution (0.2 mg/mL) used to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions, and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during surgery. It acts as a muscarinic receptor antagonist to manage bradycardia and reverse neuromuscular blockade. 

Lignocaine Hydrochloride Injection IP (Indian Pharmacopoeia), also known as Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, is a local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic medication. It is used to numb specific areas of the body or to treat certain heart rhythm problems
