Paracetamol Infusion IP 1.0% w/v is an intravenous formulation of paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen), a commonly used pain reliever and fever reducer. The "IP" indicates that it conforms to the standards of the Indian Pharmacopoeia, and "1.0% w/v" signifies that there is 1 gram of paracetamol per 100 ml of solution. This form is typically used in hospital or clinical settings when oral medication is not feasible, such as in post-operative care or for patients who are unable to swallow. 

Paracetalmol injection is used to treat certain conditions in which there is too much acid in the stomach. It is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and a history of erosive esophagitis (EE) for up to 10 days in adults and up to 7 days in children 3 months and older.
